What are your terms and conditions of payments?

Our terms of payment for our online products and services are payable upon purchase. All of our transactions are processed through Authorize.net. What guarantees do you offer regarding purchase of your products and services?

New Era Management International may offer a time-limited, money-back guarantee/warranty on some New Era Management International Publications and New Era Management International Services. If there is a guarantee applicable to the New Era Management International Publication or New Era Management International Service that you have purchased, that guarantee is as set out on the applicable product page of the New Era Management International website at the time you purchased the New Era Management International Publication and New Era Management International Service (the "Guarantee"). How can I cancel my placed order and get a refund?

You may cancel your New Era Management International Product order at any time before receiving the product by sending us an email to New Era Management International at info@neweramanagement.com or by contacting us at 1-877-831-2299. You will be charged 10% to cover administration fees. All shipping costs of products are non-refundable.

How can I modify my order (placed with wrong information, address, etc.)?

If you realize you have made a mistake on your order, whether it be misspelling the address or having ordered the wrong quantity, please call our toll free number at 1-877-831-2299 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Can I access a copy of my last purchase receipt if I login to my account?

I live outside the US. Can I still purchase your products, what are the shipping costs associated with it?

Yes, you can still purchase our products even if you live outside of the US. If our shopping cart will not calculate properly for your location, please e-mail us at info@neweramanagement.com with the list of what you would like to purchase as well as your zip code, city and country information. We will calculate the shipping costs associated with the order and respond within 3 business days.

What types of payments do you accept?

All of our online transactions are processed through Authorize.net. American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover are accepted via Authorize.net. We can also process your payment if you call at 877-831-2299.

How can I ship my product back?

Training and Consulting Services FAQ

I registered for an event but cannot attend. What is the deadline to cancel and get a refund?

You can always re-schedule attendance to the same public seminar at another date. You can ask for a refund up to 10 working days prior to the scheduled date(s). For intra-company training, you must cancel 20 working days prior to the scheduled date(s) in order to avoid penalties.

What are the penalties related to late cancellation of a training or seminar?

As a trainer must plan the scheduled date(s) in order to be available, all cancellations made within less than 20 working days of the scheduled date(s) are penalized with a 25% non-refundable cancellation fee. All cancellations made within less than 10 working days of the scheduled date(s) are penalized with a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee.

I want to hire one of the consultants to come and train in my company, at our location. How do I go about contacting them?

What are the qualifications of your seminar leaders/trainers?

Information regarding our seminar leaders and trainers can commonly be found on the Meet the NEMI Team page or if this is regarding a particular event, you should be able to find their information along with the rest of the event's details.
